Specifications

Baffles are 1” or 2" thick and come in sizes between 18” - 120" L x 4" - 24” H. Custom shape and design options are also available. Please reach out for a quote on custom options.

Composition

100% Polyester EcoCore American Made (55% PET-Recycled Fiber, 45% PET-Virgin Fiber). (2" 5.4 pcf, 1" 7 pcf)

Finish

Wrapped baffles are finished with any one of our top-of-the-line acoustical fabrics.

Fire Rating

  • All panel components meet or exceed class “A” requirements as determined by ASTM E-84 tunnel test.

Notes

Mounting Method

  • Suspension Bar System: 1” powder-coated aluminum bar in black, white, or mill finish with matching end caps, swivel grippers, and galvanized suspension cable.

    C-Channel System (Individual System Per Blade): Aluminum C-Channel bar in powder-coated aluminum in black, white, or mill finish with swivel grippers and galvanized suspension cable.

    *Additional suspension systems are available upon request.

Warranty

All products are warranted against workmanship and manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
